Presentation on Restorative Justice Community Court Avondale in Cook County, IL.  
Question on charges as felonies that have a victim. Question on incidents that generate  
community interest and is there a limit on individuals participating in peace circles.  
Question on if record is removed from public recording system. Question on the type and  
usage of non-court facilities. Question on screening process to be allowed part of the  
process. Question on how many other racial and ethnic groups are involved in the  
program. Question on who creates screening process. Question on who was missing  
from the beginning of the planning process.

1. REVIEW OF COMMUNITY JUSTICE CENTER VIDEO AND FACILITATED  
DISCUSSION  
Reflect on what you envision for community, for the process, and for a center as  
homework for July meeting. Question on when homework was sent. Comment on needing  
more time to collect information from community. Request for agencies to participate in  
homework. Question on data presented to date.
