the November 5th, 2025 Meeting

Office of Justice Reform Data and Evaluation Analyst Shar-Ron Buie presented  
on how the Strategic Intercept Model training and the Strategic Plan reinforce  
each other, and areas where they overlap.  
SIM CJC STRATEGIC PLAN BH PRESENTATION  
Office of Justice Reform Director Colleen Clark-Bernhard presented on how the  
subcommittee worked collectively on the 2019 Sequential Intercept Model  
training in the past and prioritized its work, as a potential model for building on  
the work of the 2024 SIM training.  
Discussion ensued regarding:  
The upcoming practice of having subcommittees report to the Community Justice  
Council on a quarterly basis.  
The usefulness of an updated resource guide to behavioral health resources.  
NAMI and the Dane County Mental Health Collaborative have versions of this  
resource that could be useful.  
Surveying subcommittee members to identify the highest priorities from the SIM,  
and then forming small teams to address the issues and report to the full  
CJC-Behavioral Health subcommittee.

THE NEXT MEETING WILL BE Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at 12:15 pm. The meeting  
will be a hybrid meeting.
