The November 28, 2023 Public Protection & Judiciary Committee meeting will be a hybrid meeting. This  
will also be a joint meeting with the Public Works and Transportation Committee. Members of the public  
can either attend in person or virtually via Zoom.  
The public can attend in person at the Alliant Energy Center; 1919 Alliant Energy Center Way, Madison,  
WI.  
The public can access the meeting virtually with the Zoom application or by telephone.

Steps were Dan Fitch and Tom Kriegl.  
Draper presented on the jail consolidation project bid, and discussed options for next  
steps.
