The October 30 Personnel and Finance Committee meeting will be a hybrid meeting. Members of the  
public can either attend in person or virtually via Zoom.  
The public can attend in person at Room 351 City County Building, 210 Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd,  
Madison.

IN PERSON: Any members of the public wishing to register to speak on/support/oppose an agenda item

2026 DANE COUNTY OPERATING BUDGET APPROPRIATIONS RESOLUTION  
VELDRAN

Torre Mueller and Yanette Figuera Cole spoke in support of HHN-O-02.  
Andrew Tescl and Chance Kaczmarski spoke in opposition to HHN-O-01 and  
HHN-O-02.  
A motion was made by MILES to recommend Sub. 1 to 2025 RES-174 to the  
County Board for approval.  
Motion by Miles to amend Sub. 1 to 2025 RES-174 by reducing the revenue  
amount in ZLR-O-01 from $64,450 to $12,401. Motion carried by voice vote 7-0.  
The motion to recommend approval of Sub. 1 as amended carried on a voice  
vote, 7-0.  
2026 DANE COUNTY CAPITAL BUDGET APPROPRIATIONS RESOLUTION

A motion was made by ERICKSON that the meeting be adjourned. The motion  
carried unanimously. The meeting adjourned at 7:04 PM.
