approved, the motion carried by a voice vote (6-0).

1. Recommendation to Health and Human Needs Committee
Chair Rose lead a conversation about the 2025 Recommendation to Health and Human
Needs Committee. Chair Rose presented a slide show with information about the County
Budget Process for 2025, policy priorities, and Opioid settlement dollars.
Skye Boughman registered to speak in support of the 2025 Recommendation
to the Health and Human Needs Committee.
