H. Future Meeting Items and Dates  
The next PW&T Committee Meeting will be held on Tuesday, December 17th, 2024 at  
5:30 P.M. This will be an in person hybrid meeting that will be held at the Dane County  
Airport, 4000 International Ln., Madison, WI 53704, in Conference Room 1 (located at the  
north end of the terminal, next to the baggage claim).  
There will be an optional bus tour of the outside grounds at 4:30 P.M., and an inside tour  
following the adjournment of the PW&T Committee Meeting. There will be no business  
conducted on the tour.
