The Wednesday August 6, 2025 AAA Nutrition/Wellness Committee meeting will be a hybrid meeting.

Members summarized their visits to meal sites. Of note Stoughton didn’t  
have member fill out a congregate meal form for dining there during a  
Kim’s Meal day. Fink’s donation was implied it was required and not a  
suggested donation amount. Goodman’s no longer takes reservations.  
NewBridge sites now have an extension for making reservations.

GABRIEL reviewed what sites needed a review. PAZAK signed up for  
Colonial Club, DeForest Family Restaurant and Esquire Club.  
3. Pop Up SFMNP Booths (Schuster, Mance)  
Pop up booths at Middleton and Waunakee in 2024. Sun Prairie and  
Waunakee for 2025. Very successful of having the booths at the focal  
points so people can get fresh vegetables when they come for lunch.  
4. Progress Update: Carryout Meals in Cambridge (Sprang)  
Sara spoke about how well the Carryout meals is working in  
Cambridge. There are 10 people who are participating and have  
been very grateful to get a nutritional meal.

1. Dietitian Program Update  
a. Farmers' Market Program Update  
GABRIEL shared there are 40 vouchers left out of 1015  
that Dane County received. September 30 is the last day  
to send out the vouchers and October 31 is the last day to  
use them.  
b. Aging Plan Goals (Pisando Fuerte & SO + SUYN)  
GABRIEL stated coordinating with Safer Communities to  
teach classes. Two instructors have been trained in the  
Spanish version of classes. Hoping to have three classes  
by 2027. Stepping On will have instructors trained on  
nutrition.  
2. Chair & Staff Updates  
GENSEN shared that Meadowood location gets leftovers from the  
westside farmers market on Saturday’s. Helps with those who  
cannot make it to other markets.
