The February 10, 2025 ADRC Governing Board meeting will be a hybrid meeting. Members of the public  
can either attend in person or virtually via Zoom.  
The public can attend in person at 2865 N Sherman Avenue, Madison 53704.  
The public can access the meeting virtually with the Zoom application or by telephone.

IN PERSON: Any members of the public wishing to register to speak on/support/oppose an agenda item  
can register in person at the meeting using paper registration forms. IT IS HIGHLY ENCOURAGED TO

Joe Purcell, I & A Supervisor - Reflection Years as Supervisor at ADRC  
Purcell has been an Information and Assistance Supervisor with the ADRC for 12+  
years and will be retiring next month. He shared his experience with working at the  
ADRC and the changes that have occurred over the years.  
D. Action Items  
1. Federal Medicaid Cuts - Resolution  
Fischer said there are reports that there are going to be cuts to the Federal  
Medicaid Budget. Reports by media have said Congress intends to cut Medicaid to  
offset spending for other priorities.  
Fischer shared a draft resolution that urged Congress to not make dramatic cuts to  
Medicaid and the American Act funding.

A motion was made by JACKSON that the Action Item be approved to send to  
HHN. The motion carried by the following vote:

Fischer said she is in the process of interviewing and hiring to fill Joe Purcell's position  
who retires March 6.  
Two Information & Assistance Specialist started today. Also will be interviewing for one  
DBS position next week. Once that is filled, the ADRC will be back to full staff. The  
ADRC continues to be busy.  
The nursing home in Black Earth is closing, working on that closure with the State.  
2. ILSP  
The ILSP program is coming to an end at the end of March. Continue to work through  
issues with the payment system and transitioning the last of the people through that  
grant program.

A motion was made by THOMPSON that the meeting be adjourned. The motion
