The May 30th Environment, Agriculture & Natural Resources meeting will be a hybrid meeting. Members  
of the public can either attend in person or virtually via Zoom.

1. Dane County Agricultural Conservation Easement Program (ACEP) Pilot  
Hicklin gave an brief update on the program status. $300,000 was established in  
the 2023 County Budget or provide matching grants of 25% of project costs for  
agricultural conservation easements. The Land & Water and Planning &  
Development Departments are working together along with local area experts on  
program details and standards and expects to release additional information  
later this year.  
H. Future Meeting Items and Dates  
The next meeting will be June 27th or at the call of the Chair.  
Chair Chawla noted that the committee will meet jointly with Land Conservation  
Committee and the Lakes & Watershed Commission for lake level and PFAS  
reports. Exact meeting dates have not been established.
