IN PERSON: Any members of the public wishing to register to speak on/support/oppose  
an agenda item can register in person at the meeting using paper registration forms. IT  
IS HIGHLY ENCOURAGED TO REGISTER VIA THE ZOOM LINK ABOVE EVEN IF YOU  
PLAN ON ATTENDING IN PERSON.  
In person registrations to provide public comment will be accepted throughout the  
meeting.  
VIRTUAL: Any members of the public wishing to register to speak on/support/oppose an  
agenda item MUST REGISTER USING THE LINK ABOVE (even if you plan to attend  
using your phone). Virtual registrations to provide public comment will be accepted until  
30 minutes prior to the beginning of the meeting.  
In order to testify (provide public comment) virtually, you must be in attendance at the  
meeting via Zoom or phone, you will then either be unmated or promoted to a panelist  
and provided time to speak to the body.

1 Review of Community Justice Council /Behavior Health Past Work  
Buie describes the past work of the Community Justice Council - Behavioral  
Health Subcommittee.

2 Sequential Intercept Model (SIM) 2025 Discussion  
Clark-Bernhardt describes the Sequential Intercept Model Mapping training.  
Dane County was awarded a National MacArthur Foundation grant to provide the  
training in 2018, and re-applied and won in 2025.  
Crawford encourages members to register. Any Community Justice  
Council-Behavioral Health members that did not receive the registration should  
reach out to the Office of Justice Reform.  
Campbell suggests a fact check after the convening, prior to the finalization of  
report. Discussion ensues.

Chair Crawford thanks fellow Community Justice Council-Behavioral Health  
members and the Office of Justice Reform team for the substantial work of the
