meeting. Available via zoom or in-person.

Clerk MCDONELL called the meeting to order at 9 am. Commissioners WILLETT  
and ARNTSEN will also present.

A motion was made by WILLETT, second by ARNSTEN, that the Minutes be  
approved. The motion carried by a voice vote.

2024 election. Motion passed unanimously.

A motion was made by WILLETT, second by ARNTSEN that the meeting be  
adjourned. The motion carried unanimously.
