WORKGROUP DEVELOPMENT DISCUSSION  
Discussion ensued regarding formation of workgroups designed to address the  
objectives in the Community Justice Council Strategic Plan. Chair assigned  
individuals to workgroups and requested staff to coordinate. Carousel Bayrd,  
from County Executive’s Office addressed the subcommittee to apprise the Chair  
that Lacy Fox, from the County Executive’s Office, is working on similar issues  
that the subcommittee is working on, particularly related to Objective 6, and  
would be available for collaboration.

THE NEXT MEETING WILL BE Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at 12:15 pm. The meeting  
will be a hybrid.
