A motion was made by Michele Doolan and seconded by Xavior Yarn to conduct  
a re-vote to approve the funding recommendations to support people with lived  
experience & continued funding of the Solace House.  
Takisha Jordan recused themself from the vote.  
Motion passed by voice vote.  
2. 2026 City and County Budget Discussion and Recommendations  
Members discussed the draft budget recommendation letter.  
A motion was made by Michele Doolan and seconded by Julia Matthews to vote  
on item #4 separately from the rest of the budget recommendation letter and  
moving it to approval.  
A motion was made by Michele Doolan and seconded by Xavior Yarn to move  
budget recommendation items #1-#3 to approval.  
Takisha Jordan and Kathy Kamp recused themselves from voting. Motion passed  
by voice vote.  
F. Reports  
Staff Report  
Sarah Lim provided updates for the City of Madison.  
Johneisha Prescott provided updates for Dane County.  
Roll Call  
Michele Doolan was excused at 6:30pm, during the staff report.
