A motion was made by KETCHAM, seconded by SPARKMAN, that the minutes be  
approved. The motion carried by a voice vote.

1. Vision vs. Reality  
Reviewed presentation regarding the goals for the community court and what is feasible  
at this current time. Discussion of limitations on community court due to lack of OJRE  
director. Discussion of staffing constraints. Concerns about action on prior initiatives  
and taskforces. Discussion about what steps can occur next in the interim period.

Review of data on offenses by racial disparities that could be targeted in community  
court. Focus on low level drug offenses, resisting/obstructing. Discussion of definitions
