Motion by RYLANDER seconded by JACKSON, to approve the minutes. The  
motion was carried by a voice vote (7-0).

Centerstone report presented by Todd Campbell with DCDHS, Neesha Roberts and  
Becky Stoll with Centerstone, regarding recommendation on Dane County Crisis  
Continuum.

1. DISCUSSION ON COMMITTEE GOALS, EXPECTATIONS AND SUPERVISOR  
PRIORITIES.  
Committee discussed Supervisor priorities, including:  
-Host an annual joint meeting with PP&J  
-Set up advisory committees  
-Maintain focus that the county is more than the city of Madison (towns, villages, etc)  
-Ensure an implementation plan of action on research and reports with timeline and  
deadlines  
-Be intentional about the quantity and action of work – ensure there is action on reports  
and research  
-Commit to racial equity for programs/service delivery  
-Understand the timeline of ARPA programs and impact on the community. Explore other  
resources that could pick up ARPA losses.
