The May 19, 2025 Alliant Energy Center Redevelopment Committee meeting will be a hybrid meeting.

Members of the public can either attend in person or virtually via Zoom.

The public can attend in person in the Administration Conference Room in the Administration Building at

the Alliant Energy Center, 1919 Alliant Energy Center Way, Madison, WI.

The public can access the meeting virtually with the Zoom application or by telephone.

I. Closed Session

Development of RFP for Public Private Partnerships to Redevelop the Coliseum

The Committee plans to meet in closed session for the purpose of discussing the

terms of a draft RFP to solicit public private partnerships for the redevelopment of

the Coliseum where an open discussion of the financial terms, bargaining positions

and strategies the County will take in its development and evaluation of the RFP

would harm the competitive nature of the RFP process and the public interest in

securing the most favorable partnership. The authority for this possible closed

session is Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)(e)
