The National Weather Service stated there is a winter storm warning and travel may be impossible due  
to the heavy snow totaling accumulations of 6 to 9 inches, with winds gusting as high as 40 miles per  
hour. The weather may prevent hosting a hybrid meeting safely for the public. Therefore, this will be a  
100 percent virtual meeting.
