The December 18, 2025, Executive Committee meeting will be a hybrid meeting. Members of the public  
can attend either in person or virtually via Zoom.  
**Please note: The Health and Human Needs Committee and HHN's Opioid Settlement Subcommittee  
have been invited to attend this meeting. A quorum of either body may be present, but no action will be  
taken by any committee other than the Executive Committee at this meeting.**  
The public can attend in person in Room 354 of the City-County Building 210 MLK Jr Blvd, Madison WI.  
The public can access the meeting virtually with the Zoom application or by telephone.

The meeting was called to order at 5:38 p.m. Also present: Annie Heybl (UW  
intern), John Hansen (UW intern), Sup. Veldran, Sup. Marren, Abby Becker,  
Aurielle Smith, Todd Campbell, Majid Allan, Cecely Castillo, Sarahi Garcia,  
Kaileen Mayoh, Lisa MacKinnon.

UW-MADISON UCA POLICY PROJECTS--STUDENT INTERN PRESENTATIONS  
UW-Madison UniverCity Alliance fall 2025 interns, Annie Heybl and John  
Hansen, presented on their semester-long policy research projects for the  
County Board Office and responded to questions regarding their projects from  
Executive Committee members. The final reports for each of these projects will  
be posted to the "Reports" section of the Dane County Board of Supervisors  
website. Video of the full presentations can be found in the public legislative  
record for this meeting. The committee members thanked the students for their  
work.
