MINUTES FROM OCTOBER 21, 2024  
Supervisor Wegleitner noted a clerical error in the naming of the minutes. The corrected  
date: October 7, 2024.  
THE MINUTES were moved by Wegleitner, seconded by Smith to approve the  
minutes. The motion passed by a voice vote (5-0).

vote.  
SMITH recommended an amendment stating adding 3.0 FTE Chronic Disease  
Specialist positions to support Syringe Services in Public Health (line 57)

Aaron Perry from Dane County Children Youth and Families presented about  
opioid harm reduction.

Tarah Stangler, Harm Reduction Services Director at OutReach LGBTQ  
Community Center spoke and is in favor of the work that the board is doing and  
in bringing funding back into the community.
