The July 13, 2026 Aging and Disability Resource Center Governing Board meeting will be a hybrid  
meeting. Members of the public can either attend in person or virtually via Zoom.  
The public can attend in person at 2865 N. Sherman Avenue, Madison.  
The public can access the meeting virtually with the Zoom application or by telephone.

PROCESS TO PROVIDE PUBLIC COMMENT:  
IN PERSON: Any members of the public wishing to register to speak on/support/oppose an agenda item  
can register in person at the meeting using paper registration forms. IT IS HIGHLY ENCOURAGED TO  
REGISTER VIA THE ZOOM LINK ABOVE EVEN IF YOU PLAN ON ATTENDING IN PERSON.  
In person registrations to provide public comment will be accepted throughout the meeting.  
VIRTUAL: Any members of the public wishing to register to speak on/support/oppose an agenda item

JUNE ADRC MINUTES  
A motion was made by GOLDEN, seconded by SAUNDERS, that the Minutes be  
approved. The motion carried by a voice vote 10-0.

1. Lynn Riley - Update on Legislative Event  
Riley gave an overview on the legislative event.

Chair Olson welcomed and had the new board members that were present  
introduce themselves.

G. Manager's Report  
1. ADRC Update  
Fischer announced she will be going out on leave and Bill Huisheere will be the  
interim leader during her leave.  
Fischer said the ADRC has adjusted it's hours with the phone center and walk  
ins starting at 8:30 and ending at 4:00. This is to help with the three positions  
open due to the county budget hiring freeze.  
Fischer said the State has moved all ADRC's to a new data base system where  
staff document client notes. Fischer said the workers need to document every  
15 minutes what they are doing and who doing with so can draw down from the  
contract on the Medicaid funding.  
Fischer said the ADRC continues to be busy with phone calls and walk ins.
