MINUTES FROM OCTOBER 17, 2023  
Wegleitner suggested postponing a vote on the minutes until the December meeting so  
additional information could be added.  
A motion was made by PETERS, seconded by HUELSEMANN, that a vote on the  
minutes be postponed until the December meeting. The motion carried by a  
voice vote 4-0 (YGP: 1-0).
