The July 23, 2025 Specialized Transportation Commission meeting will be a hybrid meeting. Members of  
the public can either attend in person or virtually via Zoom.  
The public can attend in person at 2865 N Sherman Ave, Madison 53704.  
The public can access the meeting virtually with the Zoom application or by telephone.

PROCESS TO PROVIDE PUBLIC COMMENT:  
IN PERSON: Any members of the public wishing to register to speak on/support/oppose an agenda item  
can register in person at the meeting using paper registration forms. IT IS HIGHLY ENCOURAGED TO  
REGISTER VIA THE ZOOM LINK ABOVE EVEN IF YOU PLAN ON ATTENDING IN PERSON.  
In person registrations to provide public comment will be accepted throughout the meeting.  
VIRTUAL: Any members of the public wishing to register to speak on/support/oppose an agenda item

1. 5310 Mobility Management Grant Application for 2026  
Brown reviewed the 5310 Grant Application with the commission members.  
5310 GRANT APPLICATION  
A motion was made by BRABENDER that the 5310 Mobility Management Grant  
Application for 2026 be approved. The motion carried by the following vote:

1. Updates from Transportation Call Center - Nathanael Brown  
Brown announced there was not an increase in the 8521 Program in the State  
Budget.  
Brown said the Human Services Department has been requesting bids for  
transportation services for the DAS and the CYF divisions and the process is  
nearly complete.  
2. Updates from Greater Madison Metropolitan Planning Organization - Ben Lyman

Chair Veldran reminded the commission that there needs to be a commission  
member in person before starting a meeting.

A motion was made by BRUNES that the meeting be adjourned. The motion  
carried by a voice vote 7-0.
