The February 15, 2024 Executive Committee meeting will be a hybrid meeting. Members of the public  
can either attend in person or virtually via Zoom.

NO ACTION WAS TAKEN BY COMMITTEE: Discussion ensued among committee  
members and various edits to the draft proposals were made.  
Staff was directed to update the draft for final consideration and drafting instructions to  
Corporation Counsel at the Executive Committee's 3/7/24 meeting.  
Staff will include an updated draft of the document based on committee discussion at the  
2/15/24 meeting on the 3/7/24 Exec Comm agenda for final committee consideration and  
action.  
Staff clarified that the accommodations language on the agenda will be updated per  
committee instruction but this is not a part of Ch 7.
