The Monday May 5, 2025 AAA Access Committee meeting will be a hybrid meeting.  
Members of the public can either attend in person or virtually via Zoom.  
The public can attend in person at the ADRC building, 2865 N Sherman Ave Room 109, Madison.  
The public can access the meeting virtually with the Zoom application or by telephone.

In person registrations to provide public comment will be accepted throughout the meeting.

AAA Access Committee Minutes March 3, 2025  
Attachments:  
A motion was made by WERNER, seconded by BOUSTEAD, that the minutes be  
approved. The motion carried by a voice vote.

E. Discussion Item  
1. Access Committee Definition and Purpose  
AAA Access Committee Description Updates  
Attachments:  
Committee members discussed the changes to the Committee Description and what the  
committee’s purpose was moving forward.  
The following items were changed in the Committee Description:  
1. Delete #1, #8, #9, #10.  
2. #2 remove the word Develop as this is the job of the Aging Program Specialist.  
3. Consolidate #2, #3, and #4 as they all relate to Case Management.  
4. Change #5 to read, “Assist with review and update from AAA staff of the Case  
Management formula. Includes regarding factors and weights considered to be primary  
indicators of greatest economic and social issues of Dane County older adults.”  
5. Change #6 to read at the end, “as directed by the current Dane County Aging Plan,  
Work Plan and supporting any other advocacy efforts of AAA.”  
6. Delete in #7 “Volunteer Services” and replace with “Community Programs.”  
7. Combine #11 and #12 as both relate to listening sessions.  
8. Change #15 from “annually” to a “3 year corresponding with the current Aging  
Plan.”
