IN PERSON: Any members of the public wishing to register to speak on/support/oppose an agenda item
can register in person at the meeting using paper registration forms. IT IS HIGHLY ENCOURAGED TO
REGISTER VIA THE ZOOM LINK ABOVE EVEN IF YOU PLAN ON ATTENDING IN PERSON.
In person registrations to provide public comment will be accepted throughout the meeting.

B. Consideration of Minutes
A motion was made by BUBB, seconded by MAIER, that the be approved the
minutes. The motion carried by a voice vote.
C. Reports to Committee
Dane County Ombuds, Diana Greene, presented on the most recent visitor and
activity statistics of the office. She also shared feedback from a survey sent
seeking support of the office.
D. Discussion
The committee discussed the renewal term of the 2025 Ombuds Contract.
Additionally, there was a discussion regarding the future of the Ombuds program
and the scope of services in response to the proposed 2026 Dane County Budget.
E. Future Meeting Items and Dates
The next meeting of the Personnel and Finance Committee - Ombuds
Subcommittee will be December 11, 2025 at 2:00pm.
