The July 15, 2026 Specialized Transportation Commission meeting will be a hybrid meeting. Members of

the public can either attend in person or virtually via Zoom.

A motion was made by LYMAN that the Minutes be approved. The motion carried

by a voice vote 7-0.

1. 5310 Mobility Management Grant for 2027

Brown reviewed the 5310 Grant Application with commission members.

E. Reports to Commission

1. Updates from Transportation Call Center - Nathanael Brown

Brown said a RFP was submitted at the beginning of the summer for the

services that RSVP of Dane County provides, volunteer drivers. RSVP was

the only respondent. Brown said will continue to work with them in 2027 and

four years beyond that.

2. Updates from Greater Madison Metropolitan Planning Organization - Ben Lyman

Lyman said continue to work on public outreach the beginning of the long

range transportation plan update process. The long range plan of 2050 has to

be updated every five years. It will be adopted next Spring. Lyman said there

is a public survey and public comment map out now collecting input.

Chair Veldran said the recording started late. All members were present,

except for Kuhn. Minutes passed without any changes.

A motion was made by DOOLAN that the meeting be adjourned. The motion

carried by a voice vote 7-0.
