A. Call To Order  
A motion was made that the Zoo Commission meeting be called to order at  
8:12am. The motion carried unanimously.

A motion was made by JUSTUS, seconded by GUNDERSON, that the Minutes be  
approved. The motion carried by a voice vote.

E. Reports to Committee  
Ilana introduced herself and gave conservation/education updates: the WI State  
grant and upcoming bi-lingual events were discussed. Ronda presented the  
2026 budget and gave operational and animal updates: the completed otter  
holding and upcoming camel fence projects, the tiger and seal's dental/medical  
procedures, and announced the upcoming Grizzly and Polar Bear transfers.  
Kristin gave event/marketing updates: zoo run, light the night, and upcoming  
events like zoo lights and boo at the zoo. The commission gave unanimous  
consent to support the 2026 Budget.  
F. Future Meeting Items and Dates  
The next meeting will take place on Tuesday November 18, 2025 starting at  
8am.

None  
I. Adjourn  
A motion was made by JUSTUS, seconded by WELSH, that the Zoo Commission  
meeting be adjourned at 9:12am. The motion carried unanimously.
