A motion was made by BARING, seconded by JACKSON, that the minutes be
approved. The motion carried by voice vote.

A motion was made by BARING, seconded by JACKSON, that draft language
be moved forward with the understanding that changes may be made as
needed in the future. The motion carried by voice vote.

Equity plan analysis to determine if they had a place for OEI Advisory Board.
2. Review of documents related to DEI
OEI Advisory members to view documents shared for further discussion next
month.
