The Wednesday, September 27, 2023 Specialized Transportation Commission meeting will be a hybrid  
meeting. Members of the public can either attend in person or virtually via Zoom.  
The public can attend in person at the Aging and Disability Resource Center, 2865 N Sherman Avenue in  
Madison.  
The public can access the meeting virtually with the Zoom application or by telephone.

A motion was made by LYMAN, seconded by VELDRAN, that the Minutes be  
approved. The motion carried by the following vote:

C. Presentations  
1. Monona Senior Center - Diane Mikelbank  
Diane Mikelbank, Director of the Monona Senior Center, updated the commission on  
how the transportation grant they received is being utilized.

E. Reports to Commission  
1. Transportation Call Center Budget Request  
Angela Velasquez, DAS Division Administrator, shared with the commission items  
related to transportation that were included in the division's budget.  
F. Future Meeting Items and Dates  
Next STC Meeting: Wednesday, November 29, 2023 at 5:15 pm.  
G. Public Comment on Items not on the Agenda  
None.  
H. Such Other Business as Allowed by Law  
Carter clarified that the City of Madison Transportation Commission had already  
approved taxi grant scoring earlier in the evening.

A motion was made by ASHBAUGH, seconded by LYMAN, that the meeting be  
adjourned. The motion carried by a voice vote 5-0.
