A motion was made by POSTLER that the Minutes be approved. The motion  
carried by a voice vote.

Jaron McCallum gave a brief introduction on the presentation process, and that each ISP  
would have 10 minutes to present to the Task Force.

The next Dane County Broadband Task Force meeting will take place on April 2nd, 2025  
at 9:00 AM in a hybrid format.

carried unanimously.
