The September 21, 2023 Executive Committee meeting will be a hybrid meeting. Members of the public  
can either attend in person or virtually via Zoom.

Staff noted the Executive Committee will have three meetings in October and all  
meetings will begin at 5:00 p.m.  
Oct 5: Budget meeting #1  
Oct 12: Keen presentation of midpoint summary of preliminary findings for the Workplace  
Climate Assessment project  
Oct 19: Budget meeting #2  
The Executive Committee's two budget meetings will be hybrid meetings and will be held  
on October 5th and October 12th starting at 5:00 p.m. in CCB room 354.  
The Executive Committee will hold an additional hybrid meeting on October 12th starting  
at 5:00 p.m. for the purpose of hearing a summary presentation of preliminary findings  
by Keen Independent Research on the Workplace Climate Assessment. This will be an  
opportunity for Executive Committee members to ask questions about preliminary  
findings at the midpoint of the project.

about a contract he is waiting on in the HHN committee.
