The City of Madison and County of Dane are holding the Board of Health for  
Madison and Dane County meeting in a hybrid format. The public can attend the  
meeting in person at 210 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. Rm. 357, or virtually via Zoom.

in the public comment portion of the meeting unless that matter is otherwise  
identified on the agenda. The Board will listen to public comment but will not engage  
in discussions.

A motion was made by JENKINS, seconded by HALVERSON, that the Minutes be  
approved. The motion carried by a voice vote, 6-0.  
PUBLIC COMMENT  
PUBLIC COMMENT BEFORE THE BOARD OF HEALTH FOR MADISON AND  
DANE COUNTY ON MAY 7, 2025.

NEW BUSINESS  
A motion was made by Musser, second by Jenkins to move item #6 after item #3.  
The motion passed by a voicevote/other, 6-0.  
CITY OF MADISON ORDINANCE AMENDMENTS  
AMENDING SECTION 9.34(13) OF THE MADISON GENERAL ORDINANCES RELATED  
TO LICENSING OF PRIVATE AMBULANCE SERVICES TO REMOVE LICENSING  
REQUIREMENT OF PRIVATE AMBULANCE SERVICES UNTIL A NEW PROCEDURE  
IS DEVELOPED.  
A motion was made by MUSSER, seconded by JENKINS, that the City Ordinance  
Amendment be recommended for approval. The motion carried by a voice vote,  
6-0.

DISCUSSION ITEMS  
TOWN OF MIDDLETON AIRPORT DISCUSSION  
Attachments:  
A motion was made by Musser, seconded by Jenkins, to direct PHMDC to develop  
a response to the inquiry from the Town of Middleton, working with Musser and  
other interested board members to be consider at the June Board of Health  
meeting. The motion passed by voice vote/other, 6-0.

Health meeting be adjourned. The motion carried unanimously, 6-0. Meeting
