The November 29, 2023 Specialized Transportation Commission meeting will be a hybrid meeting.  
Members of the public can either attend in person or virtually via Zoom.  
The public can attend in person at 2865 N Sherman Avenue, Madison.  
The public can access the meeting virtually with the Zoom application or by telephone.

B. Consideration of Minutes  
Lyman requested the minutes be amended to add that Carter clarified that the  
Transportation Commission had already approved the taxi grant scoring earlier in the  
evening.  
A motion was made by LYMAN, seconded by CARTER, that the minutes be  
recommended for approval as amended. The motion carried by the following  
vote:

A motion was made by LYMAN, seconded by ASHBAUGH, that the 85.21  
Application be approved. The motion carried by the following vote:
