A motion was made by WERNER, seconded by WREH, that the recommended  
AAA Grant Awards be approved. The motion carried by a voice vote.  
2. AAA Board Member Elections  
WEGLIETNER nominated FARSETTA for Chair of AAA Board. No other nominations.  
WERNER seconded with unanimous vote.  
FARSETTA nominated WEGLIETNER for Vice-Chair of AAA Board. No other  
nominations. WREH seconded with unanimous vote.  
D. Future Meeting Items and Dates  
Next meeting: Monday July 7, 2025, 3:45 pm via Hybrid  
E. Public Comment on Items not on the Agenda

F. Such Other Business as Allowed by Law  
WEGLIETNER reminded members that the Dane County Executive was holding a budget  
meeting for the public's input at the Alliant Energy Center at 5:30pm.

A motion was made by WREH, seconded by WERNER, that the meeting be  
adjourned at 4:10pm. The motion carried unanimously.
