Tree Stewards program with WI Ecolatinos (Community Engagement

for Environmental Justice)

Sharon Lezberg, Community Development Educator provided a

presentation on the Sustainability and Climate work she has been

working on with a primary focus on the WI EcoLatinos.

F. Reports

Director Report - Carrie Edgar shared funding and staff updates. The

Career Pathways interns have completed their summer internship and

several of the departments have requested to participate again next

year. Fair and 4-H camps went well for the 4-H program. Summer

programming is winding down and educators are busy planning for the

fall. The Program Summary report was shared with all committee

members.

Next meeting - Move or cancel September 22 meeting as it falls on Rosh

Hashanah

The committee decided to cancel unless an action item comes up and

then will possibly hold on 5th Monday.
