A motion was made by WIPPERFURTH, seconded by RICHSON, that the Minutes  
be approved. The motion carried by a voice vote.

Miles gave a brief description of the agenda item, and that as these meetings  
continue there might be a growing list of follow-up items.  
ADVISORY COMMITTEE ON DATA CENTERS - MAY SLIDES  
1. Community Benefit Agreements (CBAs)  
Brief discussion ensued on the use of CBAs to address concerns in other  
subject areas as they come through the committee.  
2. Upcoming Meeting Topics Timeline  
Staff reviewed potential upcoming meeting topics.  
3. Manitowoc Moratorium  
Discussion ensued of moratorium adopted by Manitowoc County at the April.  
Miles discussed his intent to introduce a resolution adopting a moratorium.  
E. Presentations and Discussion  
1. Community Impacts  
Presented by Mark Gribbin of the Virginia Joint Legislative Audit and Review  
Commission (JLARC)  
Mark Gribbin gave overview an overview of the report which includes:  
background; local community impacts; environmental impacts, and economic,  
tax, and energy impacts  
Discussion ensued with committee members asking additional question to the  
presenter.

A motion was made by POSTLER, seconded by RICHSON, that the meeting be
