The Area Agency on Aging Unit of the Dane County Department of Human Services is hosting a Public

Hearing regarding the 2025-2027 Aging Plan. The public is invited to make comment on the Aging Plan.

Pre-registration is required to speak at the public hearing.

The public can access the meeting with Zoom application or by telephone.

The public can attend in person at the ADRC building, 2865 N Sherman Ave Room 109, Madison.

PROCESS TO PROVIDE PUBLIC COMMENT:

VIRTUALLY: Any members of the public wishing to register to speak virtually on the 2025-2027 Dane

County AAA Aging Plan must register using the link listed above.

Registrations to provide public comment virtually will be accepted until 30 minutes prior to the beginning

of the meeting.

In order to provide public comment virtually, you must be in attendance at the meeting via Zoom or

phone, you will then either be unmuted or promoted to a panelist and provided time to speak to the

body.

IN PERSON: In person registrations to provide public comment will be accepted throughout the meeting.
