B. Consideration of Minutes  
Chair Peacock made motion to modify minutes from May 12, 2026 Community  
Justice Council Behavioral Health Subcommittee meeting to delete references to  
Chapter 54 and 55 statutes. Seconded by Zallar. Motion unanimously approved.

D. Presentations  
Report on Behavioral Health Objectives – Workgroups Report Out  
Chair Peacock reported on the progress of Behavioral Health Workgroup 1 with  
primary focus on Chapter 51 Statutes and competency considerations. Chair  
Peacock then reported on the progress of Behavioral Health Workgroup 3 which  
primarily focuses on medication continuity during and after release from  
incarceration in the Dane County Jail.

Peter Zallar then reported on Behavioral Health Workgroup 2 which focuses on  
Service Inventory and System Mapping of Dane County Jail Resources. Mr. Zallar  
then Behavioral Health Workgroup 4, with primary emphasis on Peer Support  
Integration. Finally, Mr. Zallar then reported on Behavioral Health Workgroup 5  
which focuses on County Wide Service Handoff of Individuals to Support  
Services.

Behavioral Health Workgroup 6 which was an update of the Dane County Triage  
Center.
