The Wednesday December 4, 2024 AAA Legislative/Advocacy meeting will be a hybrid meeting.  
Members of the public can either attend in person or virtually via Zoom.  
The public can attend in person at the ADRC building, 2865 N Sherman Ave Room 109, Madison.  
The public can access the meeting virtually with the Zoom application or by telephone.

can register in person at the meeting using paper registration forms. IT IS HIGHLY ENCOURAGED TO

In person registrations to provide public comment will be accepted throughout the meeting.

B. Consideration of Minutes  
October 30, 2024 minutes  
A motion was made by SCHMIDLKOFER, seconded by CASTANEDA, that the  
minutes be approved. The motion carried by a voice vote.  
C. Action Items  
1. Advocacy Supporting Federal & State Programs  
AAA Clerk Matulle mentioned that Dane County Legislative Adocate Carrie Springer was  
promoted and is no longer our Legislative Advocate.  
D. Presentations  
1. Draft 2025-2027 AAA Aging Plan and Community Engagement Results  
PURKIS presented the draft AAA Aging Plan to committee members. Discussion with  
members and questions answered.  
E. Reports to Committee  
Members reviewed this section and determined if someone had information for a meeting  
to let the AAA Staff and Chair know.
