D. Discussion on the Presence of Illicit Drugs at the Dane County Jail

Notice of Closed Session:

The committee contemplates a closed session for purposes of

conferring with the Dane County Sheriff's Office for considering

strategies for crime detection or prevention related to the introduction

of illicit drugs into the Dane County Jail. The authority for a closed

session for such purposes is Wis. Stat. § 19.85(1)(d).
