The meeting was called to order at 5:05 p.m. Also present: Carrie Springer, Cecely

Castillo, Dylan Moffitt, Lisa MacKinnon. There were no public registrations.

A motion was made by POSTLER that the minutes be approved. The motion

carried by a voice vote, with Sup. Huelsemann abstaining.

Chief of Staff Castillo discussed the changes in the duties and responsibilities

necessitating the reclassification of this existing position in the County Board Office.

A motion was made by PETERS that the Resolution Requiring 2/3rds Vote be

recommended for approval. The motion carried by a voice vote.

Chair Miles introduced the Executive Committee to the County Board's new Policy,

Outreach, and Communications Coordinator, Dylan Moffitt.

The June 26th Executive Committee meeting will be staffed by Lauren Kuhl. Committee

members should send all communications regarding that meeting to Ms. Kuhl.

A motion was made by POSTLER that the meeting be adjourned. The motion

carried by a voice vote. The meeting adjourned at 5:15 p.m.
