A motion was made by CAMPBELL, seconded by SMITH, that the Minutes be  
approved. The motion carried by a voice vote, 8-0.

1. Comprehensive Needs Assessment  
A motion by WEGLEITNER to recommend the subcommittee supports pursuing a  
Comprehensive Needs Assessment as outlined in the proposal developed by  
Elizabeth Salisbury-Afshar. CAMPBELL seconded. Motion passed by voice vote  
unanimously 8-0.  
Dr. Elizabeth Salisbury-Afshar presented regarding Comprehensive Needs  
Assessment  
COMPREHENSIVE NEEDS ASSESSMENT BY ELIZABETH  
SALISBURY-AFSHAR  
A motion by WEGLEITNER to postpone action on the Comprehensive Needs  
Assessment and be moved to the next meeting. BARUSHOK seconded. Motion  
passed by voice vote unanimously 8-0.
