The August 12, 2025 Personnel and Finance -- Ombuds Subcommittee meeting will be a hybrid meeting.

Members of the public can either attend in person or virtually via Zoom.

The public can attend in person at the City County Building, Room 357.

The public can access the meeting virtually with the Zoom application or by telephone.

A motion was made by BUBB, seconded by MAIER, that the June 10, 2025

minutes be approved. Motion carried by a voice vote.

Dane County Ombuds, Diana Greene, presented on the most recent quarterly

statistics of the Ombuds office, including number of visitors, and types of

services provided.

H. Future Meeting Items and Dates

The next meeting of the Personnel and Finance Committee - Ombuds

Subcommittee will be October 14, 2025 at 2:00pm.

A Motion was made by BUBB, seconded by MAIER, that the meeting be

adjourned. The motion carried by a voice vote. Adjourned at 2:29pm.
