A motion was made by BROWER, seconded by PETERS, that the Minutes be  
approved. The motion carried by a voice vote 6-0 (YGP: 1-0).

A motion was made by BROWER, seconded by PETERS, that the Minutes be  
approved. The motion carried by a voice vote 6-0 (YGP: 1-0).

A motion was made by HUELSEMANN, seconded by BROWER, that the Contract  
Addendum be recommended for approval. The motion carried by a voice vote  
6-0 (YGP: 1-0).  
23162 - INCREASING GROWING COMMUNITY SERVICES  
A motion was made by HUELSEMANN, seconded by BROWER, to postpone action  
on the Contract Addendum until the meeting on January 11, 2024. The motion  
carried by a voice vote 6-0 (YGP: 1-0).  
3. Election of Vice Chair  
HYNES nominated HUELSEMANN to serve as Vice Chair. WEGLEITNER made  
three more calls for nominations. There were none. HUELSEMANN was  
elected Vice Chair by a voice vote 6-0 (YGP: 1-0).  
F. Presentations  
None.  
G. Reports to Committee  
Chair Wegleitner reported that appointments to the Opioid Settlement Subcommittee will  
be announced soon. Supervisor Brower will represent the Health & Human Needs  
Committee. Former YGP member Sofia Pieton will be appointed, as will Supervisors April  
Kigeya and Rick Rose.

Next Meeting: January 11, 2024 held virtually and in person at the City County Building

A motion was made by BROWER, seconded by HUELSEMANN, that the Meeting  
be adjourned. The motion carried by a voice vote 6-0 (YGP: 1-0) and the meeting
