The November 20, 2024 Specialized Transportation Commission meeting will be a hybrid meeting.  
Members of the public can either attend in person or virtually via Zoom.  
The public can attend in person at 2865 N Sherman Avenue, Madison 53704.  
The public can access the meeting virtually with the Zoom application or by telephone.

PROCESS TO PROVIDE PUBLIC COMMENT:  
IN PERSON: Any members of the public wishing to register to speak on/support/oppose an agenda item  
can register in person at the meeting using paper registration forms. IT IS HIGHLY ENCOURAGED TO  
REGISTER VIA THE ZOOM LINK ABOVE EVEN IF YOU PLAN ON ATTENDING IN PERSON.  
In person registrations to provide public comment will be accepted throughout the meeting.

SEPTEMBER STC MINUTES  
A motion was made by LYMAN that the Minutes be approved. The motion carried  
by a voice vote 4-0  
C. Action Items  
1. Adopt the 2024-2028 Coordinated Public Transit - Human Services Transportation  
Plan for Dane County  
A motion was made by HARDESTY that the Coordinated Plan be adopted.  
The motion carried by the following vote:

1. Updates from Transportation Call Center - Nathanael Brown  
2. Updates from Greater Madison Metropolitan Planning Organization - Ben Lyman  
Lyman said he would work on updating the program management plan for the 5310  
Program. He mentioned the Transit Development Plan should be out for public comment  
next week. He will then start working on recommendations from Metro.
