A motion was made by Michele Doolan and seconded by Dina Nina  
Martinez-Rutherford to approve the minutes of December, 2024. Motion passed by  
voice vote. Kimberly Alan abstained.

1. DANE COUNTY REGIONAL HOUSING STRATEGY UPDATE  
Motion made by Michele Doolan and seconded by Dina Nina Martinez-Rutherford allowing  
public comment to occur after the presentation.  
Olivia Parry, a Senior Planner for Dane County, provided an brief overview of the Dane  
County Regional Housing Strategy and gave updates about the strategy. Updates  
covered were on policy, reporting, education, training and programming, outreach,  
partnerships and staffing. Members asked questions and Olivia responded.  
Cody Neumeyer provided public comment.

2. AREA AGENCY ON AGING FY 2025-2027 AGING PLAN  
Claire Purkis from the Area Agency on Aging of Dane County presented an overview on  
the Area Agency on Aging FY 2025-2027 Aging Plan. The presentation included insights  
from older adults experiencing homelessness and provided some potential solutions.  
Members asked questions and Claire Purkis responded.
