The February 26, 2025 Specialized Transportation Commission meeting will be a hybrid meeting.  
Members of the public can either attend in person or virtually via Zoom.  
The public can attend in person at 2865 N Sherman Avenue, Madison 53704.  
The public can access the meeting virtually with the Zoom application or by telephone.

PROCESS TO PROVIDE PUBLIC COMMENT:  
IN PERSON: Any members of the public wishing to register to speak on/support/oppose an agenda item  
can register in person at the meeting using paper registration forms. IT IS HIGHLY ENCOURAGED TO  
REGISTER VIA THE ZOOM LINK ABOVE EVEN IF YOU PLAN ON ATTENDING IN PERSON.  
In person registrations to provide public comment will be accepted throughout the meeting.  
VIRTUAL: Any members of the public wishing to register to speak on/support/oppose an agenda item

A motion was made by DOOLAN that the Minutes be approved. The motion  
carried by a voice vote 4-0.  
C. Presentations  
1. Work N Wheels - Jeff Segebrecht, Southwestern Wisconsin Community Action  
Program  
Segebrecht said they have been busy the last year. It was a record for applications and  
the most loans done overall.  
For Dane County they were down on loans and lost a lot of money in Madison over the  
last two years due to people getting into accidents and having no insurance.

1. Updates from Transportation Call Center - Nathanael Brown  
Brown shared the transportation data from 2024.

2. Updates from Greater Madison Metropolitan Planning Organization - Ben Lyman  
Lyman mentioned with the new administration the federal funding for the formula funds for  
5310 are safe, it is the discretionary funding that is unknown.  
Lyman said he is looking at doing updates to the policies that administer the 5310  
program.

Next STC meeting will be April 23, 2025 at 5:15 p.m. at the ADRC and via Zoom.

A motion was made by DOOLAN that the meeting be adjourned. The motion  
carried by a voice vote 4-0.
