Chair Downing called the meeting to order at 5:16 pm. Downing transferred chair of the  
meeting to Supervisor Chawla.

A motion was made by SMITH that the Minutes be approved. The motion carried  
by a voice vote. MC 6-0

2025 DANE COUNTY AVERAGE COSTS

Piaget presented the proposed 2025 Dane County Average Cost List used to develop  
estimates for cost-share contracts and practices.  
A motion was made by MARREN that the 2025 Dane County Average Costs be  
approved. The motion carried by a voice vote. MC 6-0  
WILDLIFE DAMAGE CLAIMS REPORT  
Zenchus presented the Wildlife Damage Claims Report for 2024.  
A motion was made by DOWNING that the Wildlife Damage Claims Report for  
2024 be approved. The motion carried by a voice vote. MC 6-0

Piaget presented the contracts approved since the January LCC meeting.

Piaget presented the cost-share payments approved since the January LCC meeting.  
FARMLAND PRESERVATION PROGRAM REPORT

Piaget presented the 2024 Farmland Preservation Program Report.

Next meeting is scheduled for March 27, 2025 or by call of the chair.  
Supervisors Chawla and Peters announced they will not be available for the March 27,  
2025 meeting.
