A motion was made by Dina Nina Martinez-Rutherford and seconded by Kathy  
Kamp to approve the August 5th, 2024 minutes. Motion passed by voice vote.

1. Dairy Drive Urban Campground Update by Brenda Konkel, Madison Street Medicine  
CITY SANCTIONED CAMPGROUND AT DAIRY DRIVE  
Brenda Konkel provided an overview and updates for current housing options and future  
plans of development of the city sanctioned campground at Dairy Drive Campground.  
Presentation followed by a Q&A session.  
2. Solace Home by Kendra Deja, Solace Friends  
SOLACE FRIENDS  
Kendra Deja provided an overview of Solace Home services and living arrangements for  
individuals experiencing homelessness that are in need of end of life care.  
Kathy Kamp shared that she serves on the Board of Directors for the organization.
