The purpose of the public hearing is to consider the issuance by  
the County of its General Obligation Airport Project Promissory  
Notes in a principal amount not to exceed $103,000,000 (the  
“Notes”), pursuant to Section 142(a)(1) of the Code. The proceeds  
of the Notes will be used to pay the cost of terminal modernization  
and parking facility expansion projects at Dane County Regional  
Airport located at 4000 International Lane, Madison, Wisconsin  
53704 (the “Airport”). The Airport is owned and operated by the  
County.
